# Privacy and Security Agreement

## Scope of the Agreement

This Privacy and Security Agreement (‘Agreement’) governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data by **Vip Transfer Turkey** (‘Company’). By using the Company’s services, the customer (‘Passenger’) agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

## Data Collection

    - The Company collects personal data provided by the Passenger, including **name**, **contact information**, **pick-up/drop-off locations**, and **payment details**.

    - Data collection is conducted in accordance with applicable **privacy laws**.

## Data Use and Processing

    - The Company uses collected personal data for purposes such as **confirming reservations** and **providing services**.

    - Passenger data will not be shared with **third parties** unless required by law or necessary for service delivery (e.g., sharing with drivers).

## Security Measures

    - The Company implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from **unauthorized access**.

    - Despite all measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed in cases such as cyber-attacks.

## Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the service and legal obligations. Upon expiration, data is **deleted** or **anonymized**.

## Passenger Rights

    - The Passenger may request to **update** or **delete** their personal data, except where legally required otherwise.

    - The Passenger can request a copy of their data by contacting the data controller.

## Insurance and Liabilities

The Company is not liable for **accidents**, **damages**, or **losses** during the service. The Passenger is responsible for obtaining their own insurance.

## Cancellation and Refund Policy

    - Changes or cancellations must be notified by the Passenger; otherwise, no service or refund will be provided.

## Agreement Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Passenger, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

## Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to the **laws of the Republic of Turkey**. The **Antalya courts** have jurisdiction.
