# Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement

## Parties

This Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between **Vip Transfer Turkey** (“Company”) and the service recipient (“Passenger”). This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the transportation services provided by the Company.

## Service Description

The Company agrees to transport the Passenger from the designated pick-up point to the destination using its **high-quality vehicles**. The Company aims to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services.

## Duration of the Agreement

This Agreement remains in effect until the service is completed unless terminated earlier by either party. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the service is performed within the scheduled timeframe.

## Rights and Obligations of the Parties

### Company Obligations

    - The Company agrees to transport the Passenger from the pick-up point to the destination **safely and on time**.

    - The Company provides **high comfort** and **personalized service** during the trip.

    - All vehicles undergo regular maintenance for safety and reliability.

    - The Company ensures careful handling of the Passenger’s luggage but is not liable for loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence.

### Passenger Obligations

    - The Passenger must comply with all rules and **safety instructions** provided by the Company during the trip.

    - The Passenger is responsible for paying the full service fee **on time**.

    - The Passenger is responsible for their personal belongings and ensuring their safety during the trip.

## Service Fee and Payment

    - The Passenger agrees to pay the service fee determined by the Company, which depends on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and the nature of the service.

    - The service fee may be paid in **cash**, **credit card**, or other accepted methods.

    - The Passenger must notify the Company in advance of any changes to the travel plans.

		- Passengers must notify the authorities 24 hours in advance in order to cancel their reservation and receive a refund.

## Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all personal information provided by the Passenger **confidential**. This information will only be used to provide transportation services and will not be shared with third parties without the Passenger’s consent.

## Insurance and Liabilities

    - The Passenger is solely responsible for obtaining **insurance** for accidents, damages, or losses during the trip.

    - The Company is not liable for **delays** caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

## Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to reasons beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or war.

## Termination of the Agreement

    - The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Passenger violates its terms.

    - The Passenger may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to the Company if dissatisfied with the service.

## Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is subject to the **laws of the Republic of Turkey**. In case of disputes, the **Istanbul courts** shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

## Validity

This Agreement takes effect upon online or written booking and is binding on both parties.
