Privacy and Security Agreement
Scope of Agreement
This Privacy and Security Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data by VIP Transfer Turkey (the "Company"). By using the Company's services, the customer ("Passenger") accepts the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Data Collection
- The Company collects personal data provided by the Passenger, including name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, and payment information. This data is collected solely for the purpose of providing transportation services.
- Data collection is performed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Data Use and Processing
- The Company uses the collected personal data exclusively for service-related purposes, including but not limited to booking, confirming reservations, and delivering transportation services.
- The Passenger’s data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for service fulfillment (e.g., sharing with drivers).
Security Measures
- The Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
- While the Company takes all necessary precautions, it cannot guarantee absolute security, especially in cases of external cyberattacks or unforeseeable incidents.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the transportation services and legal obligations of the Company. Once data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Passenger Rights
- The Passenger has the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal data, except where legal obligations require the Company to retain such information.
- The Passenger can request a copy of their personal data held by the Company by contacting the designated Data Protection Officer.
Insurance and Responsibilities
The Company is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or losses incurred during the transportation service. It is the Passenger's responsibility to secure personal insurance to cover such incidents. The Company does not provide insurance coverage for the Passenger and disclaims all liability in case of accidents or damages.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- In the event that a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the Company reserves the right not to refund the payment.
- The Passenger must provide notification of any changes or cancellations; otherwise, the Company will not be responsible for providing the service or issuing a refund.
Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Passenger, and continued use of the service will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts of Antalya.
